House Rules
General Expectations:

Follow standard house etiquette—treat the property with care and respect.
Smoking Policy:

Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building.
Noise:

Be mindful of noise levels and the time, especially during quiet hours.
Security:

Keep entrance doors locked at all times for your safety and the safety of others.
Hallways:

Do not block hallways or common areas.
Energy Conservation:

Turn off appliances, air conditioning, lights, and other electronics when not in use.
Pets:

Pets are not allowed.
Parties:

Parties or large gatherings are prohibited.
Pool Towels:

Please return pool towels after use. Missing or unreturned towels will incur a $20 replacement fee per towel.

Extended Stays (Over 7 Days):
Mandatory Cleaning:
For stays longer than 7 days, cleanings will be scheduled every 7 days.
Cleaning charges will be processed via the Airbnb app after booking and must be prepaid before your stay.
