Please note; All stays of more than seven days will have additional cleaning costs of $79 per week. No exceptions. These will be charged to you upon booking. I will send a payment request through Airbnb, once paid they will be prescheduled. A guest is required to be in the unit while the cleaners are there. Cleanings happen during the day between 10 am and 4 pm. Please confirm the number of guests staying in the unit. Our base rate includes 2 guest, there is $10 per night charge for each additional guest.

Guest access

I will send you a message on the day of your arrival, or within 60 minutes if booking the same day. Skip the front desk and the line, our units are self-check in, keyless and contactless.
Your check in message will include everything you need for check-in including your unit # and door code, parking instructions and directions to the unit from the front entrance.

Additional notes

• Meals, shuttles, and housekeeping are NOT included in the reservation.
• Guests are financially responsible for damages, missing towels and any items missing from the unit.
• Pool facilities are open 7 days a week from 7:00am - 11:00pm. Hours may vary. Coolers or bottled beverages are not permitted.
• I will send a message a day before your arrival, or within 30 minutes if booking the same day.
• Skip the front desk and the line, our units are self-check in, keyless and contactless.

• This is an Airbnb/vacation rental, not a full service hotel. There is no maid service. Extra cleanings/towels and bedding are billed at published rate. Extra fees for cleaning apply over 7 days.

• Smoking or Vaping in unit or on balcony will be charged $250 deodorizing fee.
• Wi-fi for general surfing but not recommended for mission critical work, we are not responsible for issues regarding the Internet/Wi-Fi not working. We will do our best to help but the actual supply comes from the building and we may have no control over the issue.
• Please confirm the number of guests staying in the unit. Our base rate includes 2 guest, there is $20 per night charge for each additional guest.

As needed through the app or on the phone. You may reach out to me anytime, Please keep in mind I may be limited on contact in the middle of the night. There is a front desk if there is a true emergency.

Neighborhood overview

We are in a 12-story condo hotel located in a very convenient spot, we are in a great location and only minutes from most of what everyone comes to Orlando for, all the Disney parks and attractions, Universal Studios, Icon Park, The Orange County Orlando Convention Center, International Drive restaurant row and attractions.
I highly recommend a car as that will give you the most freedom to come and go. We have free parking at the hotel, and you will find many places you want to go an easy drive within five to twenty minutes at most.

Getting around

I highly recommend a car, parking at our building is free and it will make it much easier to get around to attractions, stores, and restaurants

House Rules

Generally what you would expect in any house.
There is no no smoking of any kind including no vaping inside the building.
Be respectful of noise and what time it is.
Keep entrance doors locked at all times
Do not block the hallways
Turn off appliances, AC, Lights etc when not in use.
No Pets
No parties
Please make sure to return pool towels. Replacement towels will be charged at $20 each.
Clean up after yourself and do not leave dirty pots pans and dishes.
NOTE: if you are staying more than 7 days or are making a reservation for an extended stay there will be additional cleaning charges depending on the length of stay, this is mandatory. If you are booking for more that seven days there will be cleanings scheduled every seven days, these will charged to you through the Airbnb App.
